    We've opened, operated, and rebuilt properties across three continents. Meet & Greet is the consultancy we wish had existed when we were starting out.

    Who We Are

    Not just consultants who studied hospitality.
    Operators who also lived it.

    Our first project in 1999 was Ladies on Board, a travel agency dedicated to women’s sports trips and training, designed around the way women learn sport differently and benefit from a tailored approach. We opened our first B&B in Brazil in 2004. Since then we've co-owned and operated a beach hotel in Greece, built Quinta do Catalão in Portugal from the ground up — every detail from construction and interior design to brand strategy, reservation systems, and guest experience — and consulted on dozens of properties across Europe.

    Meet & Greet grew out of that. It's the agency we wish had existed when we were starting out.

    We didn't start in an agency. We started by opening a B&B in Brazil in 2004. Every project since has come from a genuine love of what great hospitality can be.

    We've managed front desks, shot property photos at 6am, built booking systems, and trained staff. Along the way, we’ve worked with major industry names like Airbnb, Limehome, and Haus im Tal — so we advise from experience, not from a slide deck.
